Hello, I am Suzanne

Lead designer, and owner of “Designs by Su, LLC”. Having been in the design and event branding industry for almost 20 years, in 2014 I opened my own creative
studio where I have produced beautiful and impactful campaigns for many South Florida organizations, in hospitality, travel, non-profit, educational, and the arts.

As a designer and illustrator, I combine my passions and talents to create functional and exceptional visuals as well as endearing stationery products, bringing inspiration, creativity, and personal experience into every single project. I consider my work to be mindful, vibrant, and impactful at the same time.

Through my designs, I want to inspire people, helping them to bring their ideas and thoughts to life by delivering high-quality visuals while providing a superb level of service.

I continue learning and developing new artistic skills by attending workshops and art classes locally and while traveling abroad. My curiosity and desire to be a better artist has taken me to amazing places where I have met talented teachers and students from all over the world. From participating at a lettering workshop in Lima, Peru to an illustration summer in Porto, Portugal, to watercolor and bookbinding classes in Cadiz, Spain, just to name a few. I share my art and traveling experiences in my blog and Instagram.

I am passionate about sketching, water coloring, brush lettering, photography, and also blogging about my travels. To keep a balanced creative life I practice mindfulness and yoga. I listen to good music and audiobooks, keep a cup of tea or coffee handy at my desk, and celebrate the end of a busy week with a delightful glass of Pinot Noir. Cheers!
